5 takeaways from the Bills' 30-27 win over the Dolphins
The Buffalo Bills kept on rolling in the AFC East against the Miami Dolphins in Week 9.
It went right down to the wire, but the Bills (7-2) took home a 30-27 win at Highmark Stadium against the Dolphins (2-5).
Following the win that was, here are five takeaways from the Bills' win over the Dolphins:
Ray Davis has arrived
The fourth-round rookie can absolutely play.
Ray Davis is growing into the perfect complementary running back to Pro Bowl James Cook in Buffalo's backfield. He put together another strong outing against Miami, including his 63-yard catch-and-run for a score.
But the run defense...
Speaking of the ground game, on the flip side, the Bills were eaten up by Miami's backfield for much of the day. Whether it was De'Von Achane, Raheem Mostert or anyone else, Buffalo's defensive front struggles to handle the Dolphins' running backs.
Josh still hates the Dolphins
Regardless of the outcome, Bills quarterback Josh Allen still balled out against the Dolphins... again. He has dominated them in his career and kept that going. Allen had five touchdowns and led a game-winning drive to seal the win against Miami.
What a day for No. 17.
Tyler Tyler Bass
Missed extra point? Thing of the past.
Tyler Bass has undoubtedly struggled.
The Bills will not care. From 61 yards out, Bass booted the game-winning kick. What a moment for him.
AFC East could be overr
From questioned in the offseason to 7-2 heading into Week 10. The AFC East title might be Buffalo's again. They've won four straight, and five looks likely.
The Jets, at 3-6, at in second place in the division. The Bills are 3-0 in AFC East play.
That's all, folks?
