Earlier this week, it was announced that Texas A&M’s remaining 2024 commit, five-star athlete Terry Bussey, will take multiple visits this month, including College Station, before making his final decision during National Signing Day on Feb. 7.

Remaining in the mix, Georgia and LSU, who have been neck and neck with the Aggies since the firing of now-former head coach Jimbo Fisher, are looking to flip the fourth player from A&M’s class. However, new head coach Mike Elko has kept in constant contact with Bussey since taking over in late Nov.

According to On3’s Sam Spiegelman, Bussey will visit all three programs in this particular order: Georgia on Friday, Jan. 26, LSU on Wednesday, Jan. 31, and Texas A&M on Friday, Feb. 2. The fact that Bussey has saved his final visit to the Aggies just five days before signing is a good sign, but nothing is set in stone until pen hits paper.

According to On3, Bussey is currently positioned as the 30th-ranked player in the 2024 class, the No. 1-ranked athlete, and the 8th-ranked player in Texas.
