These 2 Caleb Williams preseason plays show why he's the football magician the Bears have dreamed about at quarterback
Chicago Bears rookie quarterback Caleb Williams is having a really good preseason, as these two plays showcase just how much he already brings to his new team.
On one play, Williams rolls out and hits fellow rookie Rome Odunze for a beautiful catch, which in part belongs to the wide receiver's ability to adjust to the ball.
On another, Williams uses his legs to stage a thrilling scramble to the end zone for a touchdown.
While it's only preseason football, these two highlights underscore that Williams may just be the answer for the Bears at quarterback.
It's a question that's lingered in Chicago for decades, and Williams might finally scratch the itch for elite play at the position.
That's just beautiful 🥹
