Add or change your reply-to address in Mail for Desktop
By default, when you send someone an email and they click Reply, the email address you sent the message from will get their reply. Change this behavior so that when they reply, their message will be delivered to a different address that you choose.
Add a new reply-to address
- Click the Settings icon | Click More Settings .
- Click Mailboxes | Click Add under Send-only email address.
- Enter the send-only email address.
- Click Verify.
- Open the email and follow the instructions to verify the address.
Change your reply-to address
- Click the Settings icon | Click More Settings .
- Click Mailboxes.
- Select the email address you want to change the reply-to address for.
- Select a new address from the "Reply-to address" menu .
- Click Save at the bottom of the page.
