We are aware some users are experiencing issues accessing their Yahoo Mail using third-party mail clients. Removing and re-entering your Yahoo Mail password in the email client should solve this. Read our help article for more information and steps. Block email messages from a domain with Yahoo Mail Plus

Make sure you're only getting emails from the sources you want. Yahoo Mail Plus lets you block up to 500 domains while your subscription is active. Block domains by using the Settings view in Yahoo Mail. Once you block a domain you will also be unsubscribed from the brand.

Block domains in Yahoo Mail for desktop

  1. Click the Settings icon Image of the Settings icon.. | click More Settings Image of the More icon..
  2. Click Security and Privacy.
  3. Under "Block unwanted sender domains," click Add.
  4. Type in the domain you want blocked.
  5. Click Save.

To remove a blocked domain from the list, click the Delete icon Image of the Trash Icon.

Block domains in iOS and Android Yahoo Mail app

  1. Tap the Profile icon .
  2. Tap Settings Icon Image of the Settings icon..
  3. Under "Block unwanted sender domains", If it shows a list of accounts tap to select the desired Yahoo account.
  4. Tap + Add a domain.
  5. Enter the domain you want blocked in the field.
  6. Tap Ok or Add.

To remove a blocked domain from the list tap the X and then confirm by tapping Remove or Unblock.
