Move deleted emails from Trash to the Inbox

Restore your deleted emails from Trash folder without worrying you have lost them for good. Trash folder works as a temporary back up if you changed your mind after deleting an email, but after 7 days in the Trash folder, those emails will be deleted, so all you need to do, is to move the emails from Trash back to Inbox folder within the 7-day limit.

Move emails on Yahoo Mail for desktop

  1. From your inbox, click Trash.
  2. Select the message you want to restore.
  3. Click the Move icon Image of the Move Icon | select Inbox.

Move emails on the Yahoo Mail app

  1. From the Yahoo Mail app, tap the Inbox icon.
  2. Tap the Trash folder.
  3. Select the email you want to restore.
  4. Tap the Move icon Image of the Move mail icon..
  5. Select Inbox.
