Update Yahoo apps on Android devices

We often release updates for Yahoo apps to fix common issues. Make sure you always have the latest version of Yahoo by updating your apps manually or automatically.

Manually update your apps

  1. Open the Google Play Store app Google Play Store app icon.
  2. Tap the Menu icon .
    - A sidebar menu appears.
  3. Tap My apps & games.
  4. Next to the Yahoo app, tap Update.

If the app isn't in the "Updates" section, your app is up to date.

Enable automatic app updates

Set your device to automatically download updates anytime or over wifi only.
