Fix unresponsive Yahoo apps

If a Yahoo app freezes or acts sluggish, don't worry! You can force stop and restart the app to refresh its active memory which will get it working properly again.

iOS

  1. Double press the Home button.
  2. Swipe up on the image of the app.
  3. Re-launch the app and attempt to reproduce the issue.

Android

  1. Press the Home button.
  2. Press the Menu button | tap Settings.
  3. Tap Apps.
  4. Find and tap the Yahoo app that's not working.
  5. Tap Force stop | tap Force stop again to confirm.
  6. Re-launch the app and attempt to reproduce the issue.
