Pro Football Pick'em Scoring Overview
Correctly pick the winning team in each professional football game played during the season to accumulate as many points as possible in Pro Football Pick'em. Commissioners of private groups may elect to have their group pick games through the playoffs, but all public groups end at the conclusion of the regular season.
The basics
As the commissioner, you can configure your group to require simply picking the winners, or make the game more difficult by including point spreads and/or confidence points. You can also choose to:
- Disqualify certain professional football games from counting towards point totals in your group.
- Drop up to 16 of each team's lowest scoring weeks. If this option is chosen, the selected number of lowest scores will automatically be dropped and not counted in the standings.
Scoring types
Each of your wins will count as one point in a basic group, or multiple points if your group uses confidence points. Weekly points are tallied, and the player finishing with the highest season total wins the group. Please note that no points are awarded for games that end in ties and public group settings do not use point spreads, confidence points, or pick through the playoffs.
- Standard scoring - Each win counts as one point.
- Point spreads - Pick against a point spread, not just a winner, to increase difficulty.
- Confidence points - Rank each pick by your level of confidence to earn more points.
