Reset your browser back to default settings

If you've tried all the options in our browser troubleshooting article and Yahoo still isn't working, resetting your browser resolves most issues. When you reset your browser, it deletes your bookmarks, removes enhancements, and clears temporary internet files. If the issue persists after resetting your settings and only occurs in one browser, contact the browser developer for further support.
