INES FERRE: That Russian fuel terminal impacting supply, or at least stoking concerns about supply. One analyst saying that about 700,000 barrels per day of exports that are supposed to come out of that terminal are being delayed because of those drone attacks. Also, why we're seeing prices higher today. Well, that has to also do with the cold weather in the US. If you take a look at our Wi-Fi interactive, you'll see the price action that you saw with WTI, West Texas Intermediate, and also Brent Crude. And you'll see this outsized move when it comes to WTI.

Well, the cold weather impacts, of course, cold weather can impact demand because people will not travel as much, perhaps they won't get on as many planes, but cold weather can also impact production. And officials, state officials in North Dakota are saying that about 20% of North Dakota's oil output has remained shut because of extreme cold weather. Production in North Dakota is estimated to be down about 250,000 barrels per day. And North Dakota is the third largest producer of oil behind Texas and New Mexico.

And also watch out for refineries that may be interrupted. Because analysts are talking about perhaps we may see some price swings when it comes to gasoline, refined fuels like diesel, because of the cold weather impacting refineries. What will counterbalance that is the excess builds that we have seen with refined fuels over the last couple of weeks, guys.

- Thanks, Ines. Appreciate it.
