All three of the major indexes are set to open higher (ES=F, NQ=F, YM=F) on the back of better-than-expected GDP and jobless claims data. Another reason stocks are moving higher is Micron's (MU) fourth quarter earnings. The company posted Q4 results that topped analyst expectations on both the top and bottom lines and issued first quarter guidance that was better than the Street expected.

China-based stocks got a boost following a Bloomberg report that the government is weighing a $142 billion capital injection into state banks to help bolster its struggling economy.
