Big Tech earnings are coming out next week in full force, with Nvidia (NVDA) to release its second quarter results after the market close on Wednesday, August 28. Other notable tech names coming out with quarterly earnings include CrowdStrike (CRWD), Salesforce (CRM), and HP Inc. (HPQ).

Lululemon (LULU), Gap (GAP), and Nordstrom (JWN) are among the retail chains also reporting earnings next week.

July's Personal Consumption Expenditures (PCE) index — the Federal Reserve's preferred inflation gauge — will be released next Friday, August 30.
