Inflation eases in August, Nvidia moves higher on CEO comments: Yahoo Finance

The August Consumer Price Index (CPI) report showed that inflation is continuing to drift closer to the Federal Reserve’s 2% target. The report was largely in line with expectations, with headline inflation rising 2.5% from a year ago. Stripping out the more volatile food and energy prices, prices were up 3.2% from August of last year.

One stock in focus on Wall Street is Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT). DJT shares are plunging after many viewed Vice President Kamala Harris as winning the debate against former President Donald Trump.
