"I think what's happening in Biden World right now is concerns are rising that the dam might be about to break," Newman explains. He believes the breaking point will be when more elected Democrat officials come out against the president and publicly call for him to withdraw from the race around concerns on Biden's age and memory; Biden's own inner circle and seem seem to be worried.
