We'll say it: Sabrina Carpenter's silver mesh dress is her best red carpet look EVER
Nobody asked, but the celebrity whose style we cannot get enough of right now is only one Miss Sabrina Carpenter. From the super sparkly stage 'fits she's wearing on her Short n' Sweet tour – we're talking bustiers embellished with 150,000 hand-placed crystals and frilly knickers – to her trend-led off-duty style that nails the office siren aesthetic, she cannot put a sartorial step wrong. Is it any wonder we've got so many Sabrina Carpenter Halloween costume ideas?! Spoilt for choice doesn't even cover it.
And we have yet to mention her red carpet looks. Yep, the artist has become a favourite at award shows for her figure-hugging gowns, often featuring some element of bejewelling, that literally have Sabrina shining. We didn't think the vintage Bob Mackie dress she wore to the 2024 VMAs could be beaten. Then we saw pics of her at the Time100 Next Gala last night [Wednesday 9 October].
The former Cosmopolitan cover star arrived in a slim-fitting strapless silver chainmail mesh dress by Versace. Featuring a sweetheart neckline and corseted bodice, the floor-skimming design also had a superrr daring leg slit that cut well beyond her thigh, reaching almost to her hip.
Seriously towering platforms have become a Sabrina signature to elevate her petite five-foot frame and last night was no exception with Sab donning vertiginous peep-toe mirrored silver heels. A silver scarf in the same mesh fabric was draped backwards around her neck to create a choker-esque accessory. Silver rings worn on each of her middle fingers were her only jewellery additions.
Yep, this is easily her best red carpet look EVER. It's just a fact.
