When it comes to cosmic weather this week, Nov. 18 could bring a dreamy, optimistic feel to our lives while Nov. 21 could be a crucial day for building towards long-term goals. On Nov. 19, Pluto — our planet of rebirth — enters Aquarius, where it will remain for the next two decades.
