'Forever young': Vera Wang, 73, stuns fans in 'ageless' photo
Vera Wang has fans convinced that she's ageless.
On Friday, the 73-year-old designer took to Instagram to share a photo taken in the backseat of a car, posing in a pair of denim shorts and a grey zip-up hoodie, paired with white pumps and sunglasses.
"Ridin' around… chill," she captioned the post for her more than 750,000 followers.
Wang's photo was quickly met with praise for looking "so much" younger than her age, and for having "legs for days."
"Go off, leggy queen. You look so much younger than 73, it's insane. please share your secret to never aging," one Instagram user replied to the post, while another wrote, "It's the legs for me."
"Legs for days," added another.
"Forever ageless," another wrote.
"What on earth do you eat? You look absolutely amazing!" someone else penned.
One fan commented: "Those legs!"
"Forever young!" someone else chimed in.
This isn't the first time that the designer has shocked fans with her seemingly ageless appearance. Back in 2020, she shared photos of herself modelling her own designs for David's Bridal, leaving fans stunned by her toned figure.
"You would be really shocked," she told Elle, adding, "I didn’t expect the reaction to be so huge. I just thought we were just selling some barrettes!"
The designer admitted that the photoshoot was an impromptu decision while she was at home during COVID.
"I live alone, obviously," she explained. "And so those photos were taken during quarantine as kind of a laugh, but also a real refusal to give up."
"I had a collection to promote with no models, no photographer, no hair, no makeup. But I was in Miami, and you know, you cannot beat Miami sunlight at 5 p.m. It is goddamn gold, you know what I mean? You could be Jack the Ripper in front of it and he would look good," she added. "So I said, "Look, we’ve got these barrettes we want to show. Let me just put them on Instagram." I threw on a [Palm Angels] sports bra because it was too hot for anything else; it was like 95 degrees!"
