Toronto Maple Leafs star Tyler Bertuzzi's wife Ashley announces 2nd pregnancy
The Canadian couple tied the knot earlier this summer, after getting engaged a few years ago.
The Bertuzzi family is expanding.
Toronto Maple Leafs left-winger Tyler Bertuzzi and his wife, Ashley, announced the exciting news of her second pregnancy on Wednesday in a heartwarming Instagram post.
The soon-to-be mom-of-two shared a photo of four Polaroid pictures showing off her growing baby bump. In the snaps, Ashley wore a cropped white long-sleeve T-shirt and light blue jeans, as she stood next to her husband and 1-year-old daughter, Kinsley.
Ashley's touching caption read, "26 weeks growing you. Kinsley's little brother coming January 2024."
In the comments, fans swooned over the post and congratulated the happy couple on their next chapter as a family.
"Cutest ever!" an Instagram user wrote.
Another shared: "Maybe the cutest announcement ever! Congrats!"

The couple's announcement comes two months after tying the knot in Elora, Ont. In August, Ashley took to Instagram with a romantic black and white photo from the event, where her new husband swept her off her feet to share a sweet kiss.
Ashley donned an elegant, long sleeve, mesh and lace gown, while her Tyler opted for a timeless black tuxedo and bowtie.
"The Bertuzzi's," Ashley captioned the photo, including the date of the event.
The post quickly garnered praise from fans who were shocked over Ashley's looks.

The couple's 2023 wedding was a long time coming. Ashley announced their engagement back in January 2020 with a photo of herself in Tyler's arms, as the two enjoyed a boat ride in Miami, Fla.
"The easiest yes," she penned as her caption to the post back then. "Can't wait to marry you!"
