12 best new movies, series to watch in Canada this March: Netflix, Disney+ and more
From new seasons of "The Mandalorian" and "Yellowjackets" to movies like "Murder Mystery 2," here's what to watch in March.
If you're looking for new movies or TV shows, this month there are several highly anticipated titles hitting streaming services to fill your March Break binge.
On Netflix, the second half of "You" season four will reveal more about Joe (Penn Badgley), while Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler will reunite for the sequel to 2019's "Murder Mystery."
The fan-favourite series "Yellowjackets" will return for season two on Crave, and the new series "Daisy Jones and the Six," based on the bestselling novel, will debut on Amazon Prime Video.
Fans of "Ted Lasso" can also look forward to the third season of the show, along with a star-studded series on climate change hitting Apple TV+.

The Mandalorian: Season 3
Pedro Pascal continues his reign on television as he returns in season three of the hit Disney+ series "The Mandalorian." The season picks up after the events of "The Book of Boba Fett," as the Mandalorian (Pascal) and his companion Grogu travel to Mandalore. Streams March 1 on Disney+.
Daisy Jones and the Six
Based on the best-selling novel of the same name, the series follows the story of a fictional '70s band, fronted by two feuding yet charismatic lead singers. Drawn together by personal and artistic chemistry, the series follows the band from obscurity to unbelievable fame. Streams March 3 on Prime Video.

You: Season 4 Part 2
After starting anew in London, Joe (Penn Badgley) vows to bury the past and be his best self. But on the rocky road to redemption, a new obsession starts to take hold. Streams March 9 on Netflix.
Luther: The Fallen Sun

Directed by Asif Kapadia, this documentary follows as Amy Winehouse’s massive success and relentless media attention, coupled with the star's precarious lifestyle, saw her life unravel. Streams March 12 on Mubi.

Ted Lasso Season 3
In the third season of “Ted Lasso,” the newly-promoted AFC Richmond faces ridicule as media predictions widely peg them as last in the Premier League. Things seem to be falling apart both on and off the pitch, but Team Lasso is set to give it their best shot anyway. Streams weekly on Apple TV+ starting March 15.
Boston Strangler
This true-crime thriller follows Loretta McLaughlin (Keira Knightley), a reporter for the Record-American newspaper, who becomes the first journalist to crack the string of Boston Strangler murders in the '60s. Streams March 17 on Disney+.
Extrapolations
This series introduces a near future where the effects of climate change have become embedded into our everyday lives. Eight interwoven stories about love, work, faith and family portrays the life-altering choices that must be made when the planet is changing faster than the population. Week of March 20
The Night Agent
While monitoring an emergency line, a vigilant FBI agent answers a call that plunges him into a deadly conspiracy involving a mole at the White House. Streams March 23 on Netflix.
Yellowjackets Season 2
The new season of "Yellowjackets" will reveal more answers to the mysteries. There’s a new queen bee hierarchy with surprise cast additions and there are many fan conspiracy theories. Streams March 24 on Crave.
Week of March 27
Murder Mystery 2
Four years after solving their first murder mystery, Nick and Audrey Spitz (Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston) are now full-time detectives struggling to get their private eye agency off the ground. Trouble follows the Spitzes again when a groom is kidnapped after wedding festivities begin — making each guest, family member — and the bride herself a suspect. Streams March 31 on Netflix.
The Power
The series features a cast of characters from London to Seattle, Nigeria to Eastern Europe, as teenagers begin to develop the ability to electrocute people at will. Streams March 31 on Prime Video.
