The mom of two says she's is focusing on her hormonal health.
Roxy Earle is giving her fans an update on her postpartum journey.
The former "Real Housewives of Toronto" star, 39, took to Instagram on Tuesday with a candid three-month postpartum update after welcoming her youngest daughter Alaia.
In a neon pink tank top and matching leggings set, Earle shared a mirror selfie paired with a reflective caption on her journey.
"[Three] months postpartum. 546 days of being pregnant with two babies in two years. [Hundreds] of mornings I wanted to sleep in. But here I am. The strongest, fittest, and happiest I've been in years," Earle wrote.
Acknowledging the challenges of her motherhood journey, Earle credited her physical and mental strength to hard work and maintaining a positive mindset. She emphasized the importance of focusing on improving metabolic and hormonal health, giving a shoutout to her healthcare provider, saying, "I kept the focus on improving my metabolic and hormonal health."
Earle reminded her followers there is no instantaneous solution to self-acceptance, writing, "There is no magic solution to living in a body that serves you, just an ongoing journey of self-love."
In the comments, fans thanked Earle for the inspiring reminder and praised her openness.
"You look so good! You are always so real — relatable yet inspiring!" an Instagram user commented.
"Just simply amazing and you look so healthy! Congrats," wrote another.
"You look amazing! Hard work pays off," a fan added.
"So inspiring. Love how honest you are. You deserve all the happiness! Thank you for this reminder!," someone penned.
Earle has come a long way in her postpartum journey. In September, she shared a black and white Instagram reel of herself in a hospital bed alongside a message revealing that she had developed an infection while giving birth.
"After the 12 hardest days of our lives, we never let go and are now safely home to start our healing as a family of four," she shared.
The Canadian influencer explained that prior to welcoming her daughter she was "healthy and thriving." She urged her followers to take care of themselves — and expect the unexpected.
"I went into that hospital healthy and thriving and an infection took hold of me and my body in a way nobody could have planned for," she penned. "I urge you to care for yourself, evaluate what you stress over and surround yourself with the love that can weather any storm."
