A Match Made In Heaven: Milk & Cookies Shots

Ingredients

• Cooking spray

• 1

  (16.6-oz.) tube chocolate chip cookie dough

• 1/2 c.

  bittersweet chocolate chips, melted

• Holiday sprinkles, for decorating (optional)

• 1/3 c.

  milk

• 3 tbsp.

  Baileys Irish Cream

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a standard 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. Divide dough into 12 pieces. Arrange in prepared cups and press into an even layer.

2. Bake cookies until golden brown and edges are set, about 15 minutes. Immediately press in centers with the back of a tablespoon. Let cool, then remove cups from muffin tin.

3. Pour about 1 Tbsp. chips into each cookie and spread around bottom and up edges. Dip into sprinkles (if using). Refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes.

4. In a small measuring glass, combine milk and Baileys. Pour into cookie cups.
