Luisana Lopilato on her 'place as a woman' in film: 'I hope women are seen'
Luisana Lopilato isn't afraid to get candid.
On Thursday, the 35-year-old took to Instagram to share a series of photos promoting her latest interview with Convivimos Magazine.
The Argentinian actress posted a gorgeous headshot alongside the caption: "Beautiful interview with Juan Martinez for Convivimos Magazine. We talked about a little bit of everything...my children and family, my place as a woman, everything I've been through, the upcoming projects both in theatre and cinema...," for her 6.5 million followers.
Martinez began by listing the traits Lopilato is known for — charisma, spontaneity, talent and passion — which she used as tools to build her successful career.
When asked why she loves making films, Lopilato explained how cinema gives her an "irreplaceable" rush, and because she only films for short periods of time, it allows her the opportunity to return home to Vancouver to spend time with her husband, Canadian singer Michael Bublé, and their four children.
"There is something about the language of cinema that I am passionate about. I love its times, it is a different trip, everything is more enjoyable...There is an adrenaline rush inside before they say 'action' that is irreplaceable," she noted.
Over the years, Lopilato revealed that she had to learn to stand her ground and speak her mind when it came to filming movie scenes — which she says used to be difficult for her as a woman.

Despite her fame and confidence, Lopilato went on to explain that her successful career didn't come without hard work — a value she's hoping to instil in her children.
"Since I was little I learned to have things in life, you must work. And I tell my children we have to work hard and nothing comes easy," she said. "I think perseverance identifies me. You may not be good at something, but you always have to keep trying, not stop halfway."
At the end of the interview, the "Recurrence" star shared that she's used to her and her family living in the spotlight and has learned to overcome insecurities, which she credits her parents for.
"I got used to living with people's affection. I also always had a good vibe with the public, and that is something for which I will always be very grateful," she explained. "I owe a lot to my mom and dad, who never left me alone and accompanied me in everything. That made me confident that I had support and didn't need to be insecure. So I will do that with my children too."
In the comments of her Instagram post, fans praised Lopilato for opening up about all facets of her life.
