Following an eight-day tour of Belize, Jamaica and The Bahamas, Kate Middleton is back on U.K. soil and, despite the probable jetlag, dressed to impress.

Kate and Prince William, alongside their two eldest children, Prince George, 8, and Princess Charlotte, 6, marked their return to London with an appearance at Prince Philip's memorial service on Tuesday.

Prince Philip's funeral last April was scaled down due to COVID-19 restrictions, so Tuesday's event was an opportunity for the charities and organizations that the Duke of Edinburgh worked with to pay tribute to him.

To pay her respects to her late grandfather-in-law, Kate wore a long-sleeved black and white polka dot dress by Alessandra Rich (shop similar here), a black wide-brimmed hat, and a pair of Gianvito Rossi pumps in black suede (shop here).

Since Tuesday morning's televised service, searches for Kate's polka dot dress have already skyrocketed. According to LovetheSales, demand for similar polka dot dresses has risen by 206 per cent since the broadcast aired.

Unsurprisingly, Kate's black polka dot dress doesn't come cheap. The Daily Mail reports the dress cost £1,495 (approx. $2,460 CAD), and with the average price of an Alessandra Rich dress ranging from $1,000 to $4,000, the ladylike style may be relegated to those with a similar royal budget.
