Jennifer Coolidge wows at 2023 Golden Globes after party in black coat and lace dress
The "White Lotus" actress looked like a "major queen" at Tuesday night's Golden Globe Awards.
Jennifer Coolidge is beaming with beauty.
Following a win for her role as Tanya McOuoid in "The White Lotus" at Tuesday night's Golden Globes, the 61-year-old actress rocked an all-black outfit at the ceremony's after party at The Beverly Hilton hotel.
The star looked ageless while wearing a long black coat featuring several large buttons, on top of a long, lace black dress that fell to her ankles.
Coolidge paired the look with black boots, as well as a thick gold ring, a blue gemstone ring and large gold hoop earrings. She also let her signature blonde curls fall long over her shoulders.
Coolidge was one of the stars who won over the audience and viewers at the 80th Golden Globe Awards. The actress garnered lots of cheers and laughs while she was on-stage, both as she presented the award for best supporting actor in a TV series and while she accepted her statuette for best supporting actress in a limited series.
Fellow celebrities and fans also showed their love for Coolidge in a post she made on Instagram before the ceremony, with a caption of "Yippee!"
"Gorgeous!" wrote "The Morning Show" actress Reese Witherspoon.
"Goddess!!! Genius!!! Thank you, Jennifer!!! We are all winning through your incredible work of art!!!" added "The White Lotus" co-star Sabrina Impacciatore.
"What a babe," penned "Grey's Anatomy" star Ellen Pompeo.
"Major queen alert," someone wrote, along with a flame emoji.
"You do realize you are our greatest living actor, yeah??" someone else shared.
"You are hysterical! Best part of the Golden Globes was both times you were on stage," one fan chimed in, along with four red heart emojis. "Congratulations!"
"No lavender bath tonight, henny," another joked, referencing Coolidge's hilarious speech in September as she accepted her first Emmy award for the same role.
While accepting her Golden Globe, Coolidge got candid about her career and made note of thanking "The White Lotus" creator, Mike White, eventually making the writer and director cry.
"I had such big dreams and expectations as a younger person, but what happened was, they get sort of fizzled by life," the "Legally Blonde" star shared. "I thought I was going to be Queen of Monaco, even though someone else did it. I had these giant ideas and then you get older."
"Mike White, you've given me hope. You've given me a new beginning. Even if this is the end, because you did kill me off, but it doesn't matter. Even if this is the end, you changed my life in a million different ways. My neighbours are speaking to me and things like that. I mean it. I was never invited to one party on my hill, and now everyone's inviting me."
