Jessie James Decker is opening up about undergoing breast augmentation surgery.
On Thursday, the mother-of-three revealed that since deciding that she is "done having babies," she thought it was time to treat herself, and is "super happy" with the results.
"I treated myself to new boobies," the 33-year-old country singer wrote to her 3.6 million followers. "After deciding we were done having babies, I was finally ready to go big or go home."
Decker told fans she previously went under the knife for a breast reduction and lift, but was disappointed with the results.
"I had a breast reduction and lift a couple of years ago when they were hanging down to my belly button. But with having such elastic skin and not being happy with the size I decided to do it," she explained. "They were so big and perky before children, and I wanted them back — plus some. I feel great. I’m super happy with them, and felt like a brand new woman."
The star's post struck a chord with fans, who thanked Decker for being so candid with her followers.
"You look amazing," one follower wrote. "Thank you for managing realistic expectations for the women and young girls following you and being transparent! I'm always a fan of you, now even more so! You rock!"
"That’s right," another said. "I just had my mommy makeover after four c-sections. We live once and it’s important to feel good in our own skin."
"They look really good! I love when women are confident about being honest when they get something done," a fan told Decker. :It also helps a lot of women who feel less confident that these gorgeous women with perfect bodies once felt that way and that if you really want to fix something you can go see a professional without feeling shame! You are gorgeous and you rock that hot little body woman!"
Decker, who shares sons Forrest Bradley, 3, and Eric Thomas II, 5, plus daughter Vivianne Rose, 7, with husband Eric Decker, has always been candid about her body image via social media.
Last March, the singer shared a set of bikini photos, showing her "loose skin," and revealing the insecurities she has felt about her figure since having her third child.
"I’ll be honest, I still get insecure when I put a swimsuit on sometimes because of how much loose skin I have from my pregnancies," she wrote. "I worked really hard to lose all of my baby weight, even gaining 55 pounds with my first. It’s no wonder I have so much loose skin two out of the three babies were nine pounds."
Decker told fans that although she was "lucky" to not develop stretch marks during her pregnancies, she's experienced other body changes that have made it difficult for her to fit into her old clothes.
"It’s really wild after children how much my body changed. My ribs expanded to the point of certain dresses I can’t zip up that I used to and I weigh even less than I did then," Decker wrote. "The amount of excess skin around my stomach sometimes I can’t seem to push down enough into my jeans."
The star told her followers, most of whom are female, that she still has insecurities, no matter how her life may appear online.
"The reason why I’m sharing this emotion is because I know a lot of moms feel the same way," she said. "I just feel frustrated that no matter how hard I worked out or toned up the skin remains, and it’s just something that I struggle with from time to time."
