The time of year has come during which there’s no more running out the door. First, you’ve got to check the weather and decide: do I bring a scarf and a hat? What about a change of shoes for the office? Is it a glove day, or a no-glove day?

While forced to be fully prepared for whatever the work week and the weather throw at us, it’s crucial that we have enough space to store everything we need.
For these reasons, oversized totes always see an increase in popularity during the fall and winter months, though Everlane’s revolutionary lantern-shaped bag is making headlines for its convenient design.
Paired with your favourite Everlane jeans, the Lantern Bag is part of autumn’s new go-to outfit combination.

Staying true to the company’s sustainability mission, the Lantern Bag is made from 100 per cent recycled cotton canvas, as well as recycled plastic and nylon trims.
Its rounded shape boasts modern details like matte enamel hardware, which add to the tote’s versatility, along with a nickel snap closure and branded zipper.

Possibly the best features? The interior zipper pocket and four exterior slip pockets that are deep enough to fit a water bottle in.
Plus, the Lantern Bag’s adjustable strap can be worn over the shoulder or across the body. At its shortest, the strap is 12 inches. At its longest, there’s four feet of material to work with.
Besides being entirely customizable in terms of length, the new bag comes in three adaptable colours including cement (a classic canvas shade), black (pictured below) and toasted coconut (a camel-coloured khaki).
All you have to do now is strap-up on top of a shirt jacket, pull on a pair of riding boots, and be grateful to the Lantern Bag for making your life so much easier.
