ELLE UK Announces The Generation Next Bursary
After a particularly challenging year for British fashion, ELLE UK is continuing to celebrate the resilience and brilliance of the nation’s designers. After all, if this year has shown us anything, it’s that the creative spirit of both established and emerging British brands is unstoppable. As a result, ELLE UK has announced the ELLE Generation Next Bursary, in partnership with Grace de Monaco, at an intimate dinner at Clerkenwell’s Sessions Art Club.

Focused on fostering the next generation of British talent, the finalists will have the chance to present their work to a judging panel, with the winner revealed ahead of next February’s London Fashion Week. The bursary will not only include a monetary award but also a mentorship opportunity with business leaders. It’s a celebration of creativity, innovation, and the future of British fashion, reinforcing that even in times of adversity, the next wave of talent can thrive.
'During a year in which we have seen so much flux and change within the fashion industry, it’s an honour to support our homegrown designers and brands in the UK at the ELLE Style Awards dinner,' says Kenya Hunt, Editor-in-Chief of ELLE UK.

Applications for the ELLE Generation Next Bursary will go live on November 5 2024.
