This set features three aluminum pans: Two are half sheets measuring about 18×13 inches and one is an eighth sheet that’s 10.7×7 inches and is useful for baking and roasting smaller portions of veggies, meats, breads, and more. Writer Caroline Mullen tried the two half-sheet pans and loved their versatility as well as the fact that they don’t warp during baking. “On weeknights, I’m likely roasting a batch of vegetables, breading chicken cutlets in an assembly line, or finishing cheesy pasta under the broiler — all of which are perfect tasks for the half sheet.
