Christine Brown is reflecting on the journey of self-discovery nearly three years after her split from ex Kody Brown.

The Sister Wives star, 52, shared an inspirational Instagram message on Oct. 30 about the importance of embracing uncertainty, noting, “Sometimes feeling a bit lost is just the beginning of finding yourself again.”

“Those in-between moments, the uncertainties, are signs you’re on the path back to who you’re meant to be,” she added. “Keep going.”

She then reassured her followers that “it’s okay to feel lost—embracing those feelings is part of the process.”

“You’re getting closer to who you’re meant to be. #FindingYourself #EmbraceTheJourney #EmbracingChange #StrongerEveryday” she concluded.

The post also included an inspirational quote from Mel Robbins, which read: “You’ll always be a little bit lost right before you find yourself again.”

Last month, Christine opened up about the struggles she faced during her plural marriage to the Brown family patriarch — which ended in November 2021 — in a video montage shared to Instagram. The clip included throwback shots of Christine’s trials and tribulations from her first marriage before transitioning to happy photos of her wedding to husband David Woolley.

"Sometimes, I wish it was as simple as clicking our heels three times," she shared at the time. "If only leaving behind the hardest moments in life were that easy. But here’s what I know: Even in the toughest situations, there’s always hope."

Christine told her followers that they "have the power to create your own joyful ending" despite how "impossible" things may seem right now.

"It’s not easy, but it’s worth it. Keep believing, keep moving forward—because brighter days are waiting for you on the other side. ✨💛 #TheresHope #BrighterDaysAhead," she concluded.

After going public with their relationship in February 2023, Christine and David got married in Utah in October of that year.

Christine opened up to PEOPLE in September 2023 that her now-husband “has more integrity than anybody I know. He built his business while he was being a single dad, so it’s everything to him.”

She added of David, “His word is his bond, and it means everything to him.... If he says he’s going to do it, he’s going to do it.”

“He’s a phenomenal person, to the core. He’s just outstanding. Yeah, I just feel like I won a gold mine, major," she shared. "I won the lottery with him.”
