Canadian TV hosts Keshia Chanté and Tracy Moore stun on Legacy Awards red carpet

Keshia Chanté and Tracy Moore stole the spotlight at the second annual Legacy Awards.

On Monday, the Canadian TV personalities left fans in awe with their jaw-dropping red carpet looks at the 2023 Legacy Awards in Toronto.

This marked the second year for the event — Canada's first awards ceremony dedicated to honouring all-Black talent.

Chanté, a 35-year-old "ET Canada" host, and Moore, the 48-year-old "Cityline" host, both took to Instagram to show off their stunning style choices.

Chanté donned a plunging black, mesh and lace halter gown, featuring a daring thigh-high slit. The "Been Gone" singer complemented her outfit with a soft glam makeup and wore her hair down in defined curls.

"Bet on black," she captioned the carousel.

Fans met Chanté's post with comments praising the Ottawa-born songstress's "gorgeous" appearance.

"You are a force to be reckoned with," an Instagram user wrote alongside a flame emoji.

"Gorgeous and beautiful," added another.

A fan shared: "So beautiful!"

"Oh my word. Stunning!" another commenter wrote.

Meanwhile, Moore opted for a bolder look. The mom-of-two shared an Instagram Reel documenting her transition from pyjamas to a mermaid gown with mesh and gems, accentuated by a lilac silk peplum waistline.

Completing the ensemble were metallic pumps and a sophisticated wavy bob hairstyle.

"An incredible transformation for an incredible night," she penned alongside the video.

In the comments, fans quickly swooned over Moore's "breathtaking" transformation.

"T, your hair. Makeup. This dress! Drooling. Somebody get me a bib," fellow Canadian TV presenter Dina Pugliese penned.

"You are drop dead gorgeous!," someone commented.

"Truly breathtaking," another fan chimed in.

One person wrote: "Queen Tracy has entered the room y'all."

"You look like a literal angel," a fan added.

Back in May, Moore got candid about body image in an Instagram post. Paired with a photo of herself from a "Cityline" broadcast, proudly putting her "stomach rolls" on display, she wrote:

"I asked my producer to grab a shot of me this week sitting like this. It’s sometimes a struggle to show up publicly with a publicly changing body."

"My body has carried two pregnancies, lost one and is now perimenopausal in front of an audience," Moore continued.

Despite there being "an immense amount" of pressure on women to feel ashamed of their stomach rolls, Moore "didn't feel like sucking in or sitting in a way that might hide my stomach."

"I call that a win," she concluded.
