This Canadian brand is becoming a royal obsession
Soon-to-be royal Meghan Markle has long shown interest in Canadian brands — but since her Christmas Day appearance in a camel-coloured wrap coat, we’ve noticed a pattern.
The Los Angeles-native has a go-to fashion designer: Sentaler. A luxury brand conveniently based in her adopted city of Toronto, where the actress’s show, “Suits,” is filmed.
Markle, 36, has been spotted wearing their animal cruelty-free, cashmere-like designs on numerous occasions — and she’s not the only high-profile woman with the boutique brand in their wardrobe.

Markle’s future sister-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge, is also a fan of the brand. Her moments wearing the brand’s wrap coat with ribbed sleeves are amongst her “most stylish,” according to fashion spectators — and Sophie Grégoire Trudeau looks right at home in her snow-coloured outerwear.

But it’s Meghan’s closet that is thick with Sentaler’s designs. Above, the actress is seen in the new royal baby alpaca classic wrap scarf. A winter staple that retails at $420 CAD, but this future-royal will spare the expense.
Sentaler’s now-famous ribbed coats range anywhere between $1,600 and $2,000 CAD online.
