Forget what you know about tie-dye — because we’re calling it one of the biggest trends of 2020.

While this explosive trend made a controversial comeback on the runway in 2019, the new decade’s fresh look of bold colours and neon brights is what is giving this nostalgic effect a more polished and sophisticated reputation with tie-dye print jackets, skirts and dresses.

As we patiently wait ahead for brighter and better days to rock this throwback trend outside, we’re happily elevating our loungewear with happy hues thanks to the fashionable stylings of celebrities like Kylie Jenner, Jennifer Lopez, Taylor Swift, Emily Ratajkowski, Gigi Hadid and Hailey Bieber— all who have comfy tie-dye sweatshirts and baggy T-shirts on constant rotation.

Also a fan of the trend is Ana de Armas. On Wednesday, the Cuban actress wore a cute $470 neon matching tie-dye tracksuit from Aviator Nation while taking a stroll through Los Angeles with boyfriend Ben Affleck and their two dogs.

The tracksuit in question is apart of the label’s highly anticipated tie-dye collection. Simply dubbed as the Neon Yellow Hand Dyed Pullover Crop Hoodie and Sweatpants (sold separately), each garment has been dyed by hand and features a unique, one of a kind pattern.
