Line Combinations: Jets vs. Blackhawks

The Winnipeg Jets are set to open their 2024-25 home schedule from Canada Life Centre on Friday evening.

The 7:00 PM central game will be a divisional test against yet another young, skilled phenom named 'Connor'.

This time it is Bedard and the Chicago Blackhawks challenging Winnipeg, following its 6-0 trouncing of Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers on Wednesday night in the season-opener.

Friday's game will be the first at home for the Jets, which will look to get things rolling on a strong note, as their next four games all take place in Downtown Winnipeg.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. At least that's the motto Scott Arniel will be preaching as he turns to the exact same lineup he used at Rogers Place just two nights prior.

Goaltender Connor Hellebuyck once again will get the nod in goal, while his forward groupings and defence pairs remain intact.

Winnipeg Jets expected line combinations for Friday, October 11 vs. Chicago:

Connor-Scheifele-Vilardi

Perfetti-Namestnikov-Ehlers

Niederreiter-Lowry-Appleton

Barron-Kupari-Iafallo

Morrissey-DeMelo

Samberg-Pionk

Fleury-Miller

Hellebuyck

Comrie

Scratched: Coghlan, Kahkonen

Injured: Stanley, Heinola, Gustafsson
