Yahoo Sports DraftKings crashed Thursday morning, leaving bettors annoyed they couldn't burn money to start the day
If you opened your DraftKings Sportsbook app Thursday morning hoping to get some early action going on a big sports day, and ran into some trouble placing bets, you're not alone.
DraftKings seems to be down for most of us.
After a slew of complaints on social media, the DraftKings customer support account on X confirmed they were having issues, tweeting that customers in all jurisdictions are affected and DraftKings is working on resolving the issue. The account also responded to individual users, saying "some customers may be experiencing issues with bet placement."
We are aware that customers may be experiencing issues with certain features on our Sportsbook. This is currently affecting players in all jurisdictions. We are working on resolving this as quickly as possible.

As you can imagine, the news didn't go over well with the gambling public, which loves nothing more than to be able to burn money first thing in the morning.
Especially on a big sports day with two ALCS games, the start of the WNBA Finals, Thursday Night Football, NHL games and even a little college football, among much more going on.
