Yahoo Movies Venom 3 called 'best Venom movie' in first reactions
Venom: The Last Dance arrives in cinemas this week to bring an end to Eddie and Venom's story, and now we have our first reactions to the new movie.
Written and directed by Kelly Marcel (based on a story by Marcel and Tom Hardy), Venom 3 follows on from the events of Venom: Let There Be Carnage with Eddie Brock and Venom on the run.
Hunted by both of their worlds and with little hope of escape, the unlikely duo are forced into a devastating decision that will mark Eddie and Venom's last dance.
Those lucky few to have already seen the movie have now taken to Twitter to share their first reactions. So is Venom 3 a worthy finale to the trilogy?

"Venom: The Last Dance is the most entertaining of the trilogy," wrote Digital Spy's movies editor Ian Sandwell.
"It's largely a funny and sweet road trip with Eddie and Venom living their Thelma & Louise fugitive dreams, including car karaoke and dog rescuing. You might even find yourself getting emotional."
TheWrap's Drew Taylor agreed: "Venom: The Last Dance is the best of the Venom movies – the insanity has been ramped up significantly but so has the heart. It's not perfect but it’s super entertaining."
"It's a fun popcorn movie that reminds me of the early 2000s comic book movies," added ScreenRant's Joseph Deckelmeier. "There's a ton of funny moments. Are there plot holes and some issues with the story? Yes. Is it fun? Also, yes."
Other early reactions teased Venom 3's "bonkers" final act, as well as praising the movie as "classic guilty pleasure cinema".

Ahead of its release this week, Venom 3 has been confirmed to run for nearly 109 minutes, roughly around the same length as Venom and 15 minutes longer than the sequel.
The final movie in the trilogy brings back Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock and Venom, as well as Stephen Graham's Patrick Mulligan from the sequel and Peggy Lu as Mrs Chen.
Surprisingly, both Chiwetel Ejiofor and Rhys Ifans are in Venom 3 too, but not as their previous Marvel characters (barring some unlikely twist). Newcomers also include Juno Temple and Alanna Ubach.
Venom: The Last Dance is released in cinemas on October 25.
