Will Smith's negatively received movie Collateral Beauty has been added to Prime Video in the UK and Ireland.

The 2016 star-studded film sees Smith as protagonist Howard Inlet, a successful New York advertising executive who gets diagnosed with depression after his young daughter dies.

His three estranged friends and business partners then hire a private investigator to prove that he's no longer fit to run the company, which leads to a metaphysical meditation on grief with three struggling actors to play the concepts of Love, Time and Death. In turns, the actors get to spend time with Howard's friends, helping them work through their issues.

If it sounds like there's a lot going on in this fantasy drama from The Devil Wears Prada director David Frankel, it is because there is.

Smith stars opposite Kate Winslet, Edward Norton and Michael Peña as Howard's three pals, and Keira Knightley, Helen Mirren and Jacob Latimore as the trio of actors. Ann Dowd plays the private detective, with Naomie Harris portraying a woman Howard befriends at a bereavement group.

Not even the collective star power of this A-list cast could save the film, which only received a 13% critics' score on Rotten Tomatoes.
