Wayne Rooney has sent fans into meltdown with this outrageous free kick.
The England legend was in action for DC United in America’s MLS on Wednesday (local time) when he stepped up to a free kick from way outside the box.
From 25 yards out from goal, the former Premier League star unleashed a sublime curling effort that left the Toronto FC keeper no chance.
The sensational goal immediately lit up social media and had fans around the globe in awe.

Rooney’s strike was the lone goal as DC won 1-0.
They also extended their lead atop the MLS ladder to four points.
Rooney has now scored 10 goals this season, leading a stunning revival for the club.

After joining the team in June, Rooney has helped DC go from bottom with just two wins from their opening 12 games, to being unbeaten since August.
The 32-year-old made 119 appearances for England, bagging 53 goals over a 13-year international career.
He also spent 16 years in the EPL with Manchester United (393 games) and two stints with Everton (98 games), scoring 208 goals.
