OH DEAR: Disturbing virus twist after wild LA celebrations
The Associated Press called the presidential race Saturday morning for Democratic challenger Joe Biden over President Donald Trump, after determining Biden wouldn’t be caught in Pennsylvania.
James immediately celebrated the news on Twitter, including a meme of his iconic Game 7 block against Andre Iguodala from the 2016 NBA Finals, only with Biden and Trump’s faces superimposed.

NBA players hail Joe Biden victory
Athletes, including James, have taken a special interest in this election and their activism has helped thousands register to vote and participate in their democracy.
The four-time NBA champion started More Than A Vote in June after seeing the long lines for primaries in Georgia that were primarily in areas dominated by Black residents.
Fellow stars joined the initiative and it focused on addressing Black voter suppression, voting safely during the COVID-19 pandemic and educating voters on misinformation campaigns.
James later posted a poignant quote accompanied by a clip from CNN.
CHARACTER MATTERS, BEING SIMPLY A GOOD PERSON MATTERS! Salute & Thank You @VanJones68!!! 👏🏾👏🏾✊🏾🙏🏾 https://t.co/G6wB9L3EvZ
