Nunes and Ansaroff - both UFC fighters - tied the knot in 2018.
Nunes, 32, currently holds the UFC bantamweight and featherweight championship belts.
Ansaroff, 34, is currently ranked fifth in the strawweight division.
The star couple announced in March that they were pregnant.
“I am excited to announce that Baby Raegan Ann Nunes will be here mid September!" Ansaroff wrote alongside a photo of the couple holding some baby clothes.
"I cannot wait to meet her!”
Amanda Nunes on verge of retirement?
Earlier this year Nunes said she was thinking about retirement.
“I’ve achieved everything I wanted,” she said.
“I’m well. I can go on with my life, maybe a new step, maybe find new talents, help some girls there - maybe be a coach, too.
“I’m in a moment that I can retire, you know, and I’m in a moment that I can fight. I’m fine.
“There’s nothing else to be done right now in the division.
“The Hall of Fame will come, for sure.
“My life going forward, if I do stop now, the UFC will give me every support I need to continue having my money and work.”
However UFC boss Dana White joked he would “kill her” if she did.
