'Don't give a f***': Aussie UFC fighter living out of his van
Jimmy Crute pocketed $160,000 after his stunning KO victory over Modestas Bukauskas on UFC Fight Island on Saturday.
But don’t expect the rising Aussie superstar to be putting the money towards a house.

Crute has been living out of a van outside his gym in Melbourne and often uses the vehicle as his primary residence.
“I’m a van life enthusiast. I’ve done it for ages before COVID,” he said recently.
“Man, I just f***ing hate paying bills. I hate paying rent.
“It’s something I wanted to do even before I got signed (by the UFC), I just liked the idea of van life.
“I’ve decked it all out myself, it has running water, solar power and I’ve done everything myself on it.”
The 24-year-old says he doesn’t care what anyone else thinks of his lifestyle choice.
“It’s just a little project and I don’t really care what normal is,” he added.
“I don’t give a f*** what people think about me.
“I just do what I want to do.”

Jimmy Crute climbing the ranks in UFC
Crute continues to impress in the Octagon and sent a message to UFC boss Dana White with his latest victory.
In his five bouts in the UFC, all have ended in the first round except one.
Crute left Bukauskas sprawled on the canvas with a thunderous right hand that his opponent didn’t see coming.
The Aussie then finished his rival with a couple more shots to end the fight after just two minutes.
Crute sat with Bukauskas for a number of moments after the fight to make sure he was alright, before leaving the Octagon and receiving a handshake from White.
“That was a good one kid,” White could be heard telling the Aussie.
Commentating on the fight, UFC legend Daniel Cormier described Crute as “so gifted and talented”.
In his post-fight interview, Crute paid credit to coach Sam Greco.
“Look at my coaches, as if I’m not gonna win,” Crute said.
“I wanted to emulate the Sammy G leg-kicks and that's what I did.
“He was hard to take down, and the old me, I would’ve lost a bit of control because the first takedown didn’t go according to plan.
“The game plan was to just chop his leg up and not let him set.”
