Manly will take immediate steps to placate the Trbojevic brothers as the fallout from the Des Hasler sacking reverberates around the NRL.

Both Jake and Tom Trbojevic expressed concerns over the direction the club was headed as the Hasler saga played out over the past month, with their manager conceding the pair was "disappointed in the club's behaviour" and felt the Sea Eagles "were imploding in front of their eyes".

There were veiled threats the two would explore other opportunities if the drama persisted.

After deciding to immediately part company with Hasler on Thursday and step-up plans to bring former Souths and Brisbane mentor Anthony Seibold in as head coach, the Sea Eagles hierarchy will reach out to the playing group to explain their decision.

And top of their priorities will be ensuring superstar fullback Tom Trbojevic and his fan favourite brother are on board.

Asked if he was confident the club could work through any issues the Trbojevics may have and keep them happy, Manly CEO Tony Mestrov told Yahoo Sports Australia: "There are no concerns at all.

"It's unfortunate that they were brought into this.

"As you can appreciate, there is a lot to work through after today (the Hasler decision).

"We will be endeavouring to do that over the next few days."

The Trbojevics have been here before, four years ago when Trent Barrett was dumped and Hasler brought in as his replacement.

The brothers were extremely close to Barrett but quickly overcame their disappointment to form a strong bond with the eccentric Hasler.

The Sea Eagles are confident the pair – along with the playing group - will move on quickly from this latest drama and get right behind Seibold once his appointment is official.

Seibold worked with the Trbojevics when he was an assistant at Manly under Barrett and also spent plenty of time with skipper Daly Cherry-Evans at club and State of Origin level with Queensland.

Hasler is exploring his legal options after his second stint as Sea Eagles coach ended the same way as the first: acrimoniously and controversially.
