Paige Spiranac stuns fans with 'embarrassing' diet secret
Instagram golfing sensation Paige Spiranac admits she's been left questioning her life choices after making an "embarrassing" revelation to her legion of fans.
The 27-year-old - with more than 2.7 million followers on social media - isn't shy to speak her mind but the golfer's latest admission has left her a little sheepish.

Speaking on her Playing A Round With Paige Renee Podcast this week, the golfer shocked listeners by revealing her bizarre snack of choice on the golf course.
What started as a simple question about what golfers munch down on during a round to keep their energy levels up, took a strange twist when Spiranac confessed her love for baby food.
“My mum would not give me sandwiches on the golf course because of the bread and carbs,” she said on the podcast.
“So she would make… and, oh my god, this is so embarrassing… I would have baby food. “They had these little, meat sausages, they were like turkey or chicken and it basically looked like a Vienna sausage.
“They had like this weird casing around it. So my mum would put them in like a plastic bag with paper towels around it and that’s what I used to eat on the golf course.
“There were no preservatives, so it was so much better than what you would feed an adult. “My mum would never give me anything that was bad. So I literally ate baby food until I was 18.”
Now 27, Spiranac admits that she still has a soft spot for baby food, insisting things like dried yoghurt bites and apple puree are healthy and legitimate snack option.
“It says six months and up. It should say between six months and 27,” Spiranac said with a laugh.
“It’s not weird, it’s like significantly better for you to eat baby food.”
The American is aware that what she finds completely normal, however, others find completely bizarre.
“I never realised that like a lot of things that happened in my life are not normal,” she said.
“So I’ll say something like, ‘Yeah, I had baby food’ and in my head it doesn’t even sound weird because my mum has told me for like 27 years that it’s normal. And then I talk to normal people and then you guys both give me this look that says something’s seriously, seriously wrong with me and now I’m questioning literally everything that has ever happened to me in my entire life.
“I’m going to need some serious therapy after all this because I thought I was just living a very normal life and now I’m finding out that none of this has been normal. My life has been weird.”
Paige Spiranac’s podcast becomes huge hit
Spiranac’s podcast has become a constant source of material about the golfer’s varied and eventful lif experiences and observations.
The American previously revealed a horrifying ordeal in which an explicit photo of her was shared online.
She also recently took aim at the ‘elitist’ male culture in golf and opened up about her many failed attempts to find love.
“I would always open up a conversation with, ‘Hey I play golf’ and anything along those lines and I thought that it would work,” Spiranac said.
“Unfortunately, guys were using me for golf lessons, golf equipment and golf balls.”
The 27-year-old has taken some time away from professional golf to focus on a media career and her anti-bullying charity work.
She is an ambassador for Cybersmile - educating young people about the dangers of cyber-bullying.
