John Millman's down to earth response to Roger Federer heartbreak
After a night of sleep to process his heartbreaking five-set loss to Roger Federer in the third round of the Australian Open, John Millman needed just three words to sum up how he felt.
Federer needed a miracle in the fifth set super tiebreak to topple Millman, who had confounded the Swiss champion at almost every turn at Melbourne Arena.

On Saturday morning, hours after the 4-6 7-6 (7-2) 6-4 4-6 7-6 (10-8) loss, Millman summed up his thoughts on the game about as eloquently as you could expect.
“Well that sucked,” the world no.47 wrote on Twitter.

It was an understandable sentiment from the Australian hopeful, who barely put a foot wrong against one of the greats of modern tennis.
The marathon match didn’t end until the early hours of Saturday morning, with a clearly exhausted Millman still wrapped up in the match during the post-game press conference.
Asked about what was said between the two players when they embraced at the net after the game, a brutally honest Millman had to tell the reporter the truth - that he was so tired he simply didn’t know.
“To be honest with you, I'm not trying to stonewall you here, I actually don't remember,” Millman said.
“Yeah. I was pretty gone with it.
“I just don't remember, mate.
“I'm not trying to be a prick.”
Federer claims victory with super tiebreak comeback
In a pulsating encounter the six-time champion had to call on all his fighting qualities, trailing the Australian 4-8 in their deciding super tiebreak, which is first to 10.
Federer managed to reel off six straight points to secure the victory, icing an unprecedented 100th win at the Open with a forehand winner.
Across the whole match Federer won 181 points to Millman's 178.
"It was tough - thank God it is a super tie-breaker otherwise I would have lost this one," Federer said.
"I think John played a great match and he might as well have been a hero in the match.
"It was a great fight and it came down to the wire at the end and a bit of luck, maybe.
"I never really felt comfortable and I thought John did a great job of keeping me on my back foot, that I couldn't always step in until the last shot.
"I went to go for it and he picked the wrong side."
