'Stop sooking': Taylor Walker blasts Kane Cornes over 'abuse' claims
Taylor Walker has put Kane Cornes on blast after the outspoken former player threatened to name and shame an AFL star for sending him abusive text messages.
Kornes called out the unnamed player on TV on Sunday, saying he would ‘out’ him if the messages continued.

“There is a big name who is regularly sending me text messages to SEN when I am on air,” Cornes said on The Sunday Footy Show.
“He does not know that his name comes up. This person is not anonymous.
“This is my warning for this big-name AFL player: If you continue to send these text messages in, I will out you and I will name you.
“I’ve been advised by management not to name the player. I won’t do it, but if do continue I will.”
Adelaide Crows star Walker, who has feuded with Cornes in the past, responded to the former Port Adelaide player in brutal fashion.
“Simple. This bloke can dish it out but can’t take it. Grow up and stop sooking!” Walker tweeted in response to a story about Cornes’ claims.

Walker and Cornes’ fiery feud continues
Walker and Cornes clearly don’t like each other, with Cornes previously playing voicemails from Walker on his radio show about his stint as a firefighter.
“Kane, mate, I’ve heard you’re on the coast there fighting the fires,” one message said.
“There’s some feedback from some of the boys that you’re not pulling your weight … you’re weak as water mate.”
Walker has also blasted Cornes in the past for his ‘negative’ criticism, while the pair had a fiery exchange on the Footy Show in 2017.
“Not a big fan of players that come out of the game and don’t have a positive spin on the game because we all love the game of footy,” Walker told Cornes.
To which Cornes responded: “I think you’re angling for a media position at the end of your career, Tex.”
“It’ll be reasonably boring if you’re all just positive and is it fair to say you don’t necessarily see the positive things that are said about you and your club, and you just focus on negative things which all players do when they’re playing?”
Footy Show panellist Billy Brownless also revealed that Walker once labelled Cornes a ‘d***head’ before an interview.
“We were sitting there and the player was getting mic’d up,” Brownless told Triple M radio.
“And I don’t know if he knew that we had audio through our headsets and it was Tex and he was in Darwin. And we go, ‘G’day’. And Tony Jones goes, ‘G’day, the boys are here ready to go’.
“And Tex says, ‘Is Kane on?’ And Kane’s down the end there. And Tony goes, ‘Yeah, yeah, he’s on’. And he (Walker) goes, ‘Ahh s***’. And then he’s gone to his media manager: ‘He’s on. The d***head is on’. Not knowing that Kane can hear all of this.”
