What $750,000 can buy you around Australia this week
The Aussie property market has taken a beating, with prices coming down across the country.
As of March this year, Australia’s average median house price is $748,217, Domain reported.
But, that number is around $300,000 less than the median house price in Sydney, and around $200,000 more than the median house price in Adelaide.
So, given median house prices are vastly different from state to state, the national average might buy you anything from a mansion in one state to a small one-bedroom apartment in another.
Here’s what you can buy for around $750,000 within 10 kilometres of each Aussie city’s CDB this week.
