Inside: The most expensive home listed in 2019
If you’ve got a spare $60 million lying around or you’ve recently won the lottery, this is one way to spend your cash.
A sprawling 2400 square metre home set in Sydney’s prestigious Vaucluse, owned by leading corporate lawyer, John Landerer, is on the market, with an asking price of $60 million, according to Realestate.

With seven bedrooms, three separate kitchens, two internal lifts and a 20-car garage, the home, known as ‘Ganeden’ is the most expensive home listed this year, and it neighbours James and Erica Packer’s former ‘La Mer’ home.
So far, it’s only being advertised as for sale in an “expressions of interest campaign” on Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty website.
Sotheby is known for its big-ticket properties, with the Discovery Channel founder’s $400 million ranch recently listed on the site too.
Realestate reported a buyer from China offered Landerer almost $62 million for the home, but he turned it down.
