Big W launches new online shopping offering

Big W Market will offer more than 9,000 extra products from well-known brands.

Big W has launched its own online marketplace this week in a bid to attract more Aussie shoppers.

The Australian discount retailer said Big W Market was designed to “complement and extend” the store’s existing product range, with a focus on furniture, home decor, outdoor living, tech and appliances.

The marketplace features more than 9,000 extra products from well-known brands such as Appliances Online, Emma Sleep, kids’ furniture brand Keezi and beauty brand Embellir.

"As we embark on this exciting new journey with BIG W Market, we are committed to providing our customers with an unparalleled shopping experience,” Big W X director Damien Dutheil said.

“Our new marketplace offer reflects our commitment to providing an extended range of brands, ensuring our customers find unbeatable value in every shop.”

Customers can also earn Everyday Rewards points on Big W Market products, with points credited to shoppers’ accounts after the items have been dispatched.

Members can currently convert 2,000 Everyday Rewards Points into $10 off a future shop, or convert them into 1,000 Qantas Points.

All Big W Market products will also include free delivery, with more brands set to join the marketplace in the coming months.

Big W Black Friday sale

Big W will also be running a Black Friday sale starting on Tuesday, November 21, with a range of deals available on gaming, tech, appliances, toys and more.

The sale will run through to Cyber Monday and deals will be available both online and in-store at Big W.

Woolworths has also launched an ‘Orange Friday’ sales event for Everyday Rewards members.

Running now until November 28, members can get savings across Woolworths supermarkets and Metro stores, Everyday Market, MyDeal, Everyday Mobile and more.

Shoppers can get up to 50 per cent off a range of household brands, along with other deals and discounts.
